Housing Philosophy
Within the Unicollege housing framework, international students are generally accommodated in campus dormitories, supporting a vibrant and engaging campus experience. Living on campus allows students to remain closely connected to academic spaces while naturally integrating into an international community, where daily interactions extend beyond the classroom.
Accommodation Options
Accommodation options are designed to offer both flexibility and comfort, ranging from single, double, triple, and quadruple rooms to more independent solutions such as studio apartments with private garden access, as well as shared apartments within walking distance of campus.
All housing units include essential amenities such as air conditioning, personal refrigerators, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Shared facilities within residential complexes include kitchens, dining areas, laundry facilities, and common study spaces that foster community life and peer support.
Campus-Specific Housing
Housing availability varies by campus. The Florence campus accommodates up to 55 students with diverse room configurations and garden access. The Mantua campus features 20 studio and multi-bedroom apartments. The Turin campus offers housing agreements with selected residences in the San Salvario district and the CX network, as well as university apartment options.
Integration and Community
Campus housing at Unicollege supports the development of peer networks, cultural exchange, and lasting friendships among students from diverse international backgrounds. Resident advisors, community events, and shared living spaces facilitate social bonding while maintaining the academic focus of residential life.
