How Partnerships Work
Unicollege enters into bilateral inter-institutional agreements on a 1:1 basis - one signed agreement between the two universities, defining the number of exchange places, the academic areas covered, nomination timelines, and credit recognition arrangements. Each partnership is managed directly between the two International Offices, with no intermediary. Our team is your single point of contact - from the first agreement to the final transcript.

How the Relationship Works
-
Inter-Institutional Agreement
The relationship begins with a signed bilateral MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) between the two universities, defining the terms of the partnership, the number of exchange places per semester, and the academic areas covered.
-
Nomination
Each semester, the partner institution nominates selected students through the agreed channel. Unicollege confirms acceptance and sends students the next steps for enrollment. See Nomination Procedures for deadlines and contact.
-
Learning Agreement
Once accepted, students draft their proposed course selection. Unicollege co-signs the Learning Agreement after verifying availability. Partner institutions co-sign before departure. Changes after arrival are managed through an established amendment process.
-
Study Period
Students attend courses, sit exams, and participate in campus life at Unicollege. The International Office remains in contact with the partner institution throughout the semester.
-
Transcript of Records
After the exam session, Unicollege issues an official Transcript of Records sent directly to the partner institution's International Office. Delivery is within 30 days of the close of the exam session.
