Faculty-Led Programs
Unicollege Faculty-Led Programs are designed directly between universities, peer to peer, with no third-party provider between the partner institution and the host university. Each program is developed around the sending university’s curriculum, learning outcomes, faculty priorities, student profile, preferred locations, duration, and target budget, allowing the academic model to remain institution-led rather than package-led. Programs may be hosted across Unicollege campuses and partner locations in Italy, with academic delivery, housing, meals, local coordination, field-based learning, and student support integrated within a single university framework.
The model is intentionally flexible and access-oriented. Unicollege works with community colleges, minority-serving institutions, public and state universities, and private institutions, adapting program design to the financial realities of each academic community. Where applicable, structures can support home-institution financial aid continuity, institutional funding, and other forms of student support, while preserving academic oversight and direct coordination between faculty, international offices, registrars, financial-aid teams, and student-services staff at both universities.

Scholars’ Grand Tour Fellowship
For over five centuries, Florence has attracted scholars, artists, scientists, and innovators from across the world—among them Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Galileo Galilei, and Niccolò Machiavelli. To continue this tradition, Unicollege created the Scholars’ Grand Tour Fellowship, a dedicated initiative for faculty and staff from partner institutions.
Faculty-led, Summer, and customized programs enrolling at least six students qualify for complimentary accommodation and meal plans for the accompanying faculty or staff member. Programs are developed directly university-to-university, with faculty collaborating as academic peers and budgets tailored to the realities of each institution and student community.
As a degree-granting university with its own campuses, housing, classrooms, instructors, and student services, Unicollege provides the academic and operational infrastructure necessary to transform an idea into a fully integrated international program. This enables the creation of community-sensitive budgets that are possible only through direct university partnerships, helping make international education more accessible and reducing the barriers that often make study abroad an opportunity available only to a limited number of students.
