Why It Works Here

Your national funding can travel with you.

Several European countries let students take their state grants and loans abroad - provided the host institution is officially recognized in its own country. Unicollege is recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), which is the requirement most national agencies check first.

Portable funding generally applies to degree programs (such as our three-year Bachelor program, 180 ECTS) or to study periods recognized by your home university (Learning Agreement). Short stand-alone language courses are normally excluded. Your national agency always makes the final decision - we provide every document they ask for.

Rules and amounts are set by each national agency and change over time - always confirm your eligibility with the agency. We are glad to complete agency questionnaires and provide proof of recognition.

United Kingdom

Turing Scheme - through your university.

Turing Scheme funding is allocated to UK universities, not to individual students. If your university holds Turing places, our summer sessions are built to qualify: every session runs two weeks or longer, meeting the scheme’s 14-day minimum.

Coming independently? Our summer pricing is published and all-inclusive - see Summer Costs.

United States

Financial aid continuity.

US students studying with us through a partner university can normally keep their financial aid package - ask your study abroad office and see Semester Costs for the documentation we provide.

Paperwork, Handled

Documents we provide for your funding application.

  • Enrollment certificate, issued at admission - the document most agencies ask for first.
  • Proof of recognition by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR).
  • Official ECTS transcript, course syllabi and contact hours for credit recognition.
  • Learning Agreement signature for study periods integrated in your home degree.
  • Answers to any questionnaire your national agency sends us - usually within a few working days.
