How to Nominate

  1. Send the nomination

    The study abroad or international office of the home university fills in the nomination form on this page, or emails studyabroad@unicollege.eu.

  2. Eligibility Review

    Unicollege reviews the nomination, verifies academic and program eligibility, and confirms whether participation may proceed.

  3. Completion of Unicollege Documentation

    Following nomination, admitted students complete the University application process, including the information required for academic enrollment, course selection, housing, meal arrangements, insurance, and immigration and visa procedures where applicable.

  4. Final Approval

    Unicollege completes the institutional review and confirms admission to the student and, where applicable, to the home university.
