Seven actions to take before you fly to Italy.
General & dental visits. Confirm all required vaccinations and immunizations, home and abroad.
If currently in counselling, schedule a pre-departure visit and draft an action plan for stress abroad.
Bring adequate supply in original labelled containers. Carry a list of generic names for Italian refills.
Contraceptives, OTC drugs, ADD/ADHD meds may be unavailable. Ask your consulate; carry a signed, stamped doctor’s note.
Mandatory for the entire stay. Purchased in home country before departure. Pay upfront, claim reimbursement.
