Costs and Enrollment

All costs below include housing + meal plan plus the full range of additional services. Tuition is charged per credit. Figures refer to Academic Year 2026-27.

Tuition — € 300 per U.S. credit

Cost per credit may vary depending on the agreement between Unicollege and your partner university. Confirm the applicable tuition model with both Unicollege and your home institution.

Home-university scholarships honoured through partnerships.

Verify directly with your home institution which forms of aid apply to your programme. Unicollege facilitates all documentation required to continue eligible funding.

Enrollment — step by step

Apply at least 5 months in advance

A minimum of 90 days is required to complete academic review, housing arrangements and — where applicable — visa procedures. Rolling admissions; apply any time.

    Request the application form

    Candidates or sending institutions contact the Study Abroad Office at francesca.serra@unicollege.eu to receive the official Application Form.

  2. 2

    Complete and submit

    The form covers academic background, programme and course selection, housing, logistics, deadlines and payment. Institutional endorsement required where applicable; parental involvement mandatory for minors.

  3. 3

    Review and confirmation

    Unicollege reviews the application and typically confirms within 7–10 working days. Formal acceptance and pre-arrival instructions follow.

    First installment

    After confirmation, participants submit the first non-refundable installment per the schedule in the Application Form.

  5. 5

    Arrival and orientation

    Housing check-in 2–3 days before program start. Orientation at the beginning of each session, adapted to the pathway (15-17 or 18+).

  6. 6

    Completion and documentation

    Participants receive documentation appropriate to their pathway: faculty evaluation, academic portfolios, completion certificates and — where supported — academic records via partner / School of Record protocols.
